A lecture on the importance of CPR, explains how to recognize and treat Heart Attacks and Strokes, and discusses prudent heart living. Blood borne pathogens and prevention of disease transmission are discussed. Choking (Heimlich Maneuver) and rescue breathing are also covered. Part of this class consists of actual hands-on practice with Adult-size mannequins. This class is for pretty much anybody, including parents, grandparents, babysitters, and teachers. (Healthcare providers are excluded from this class). Participants will receive a CPR Certification Card.
